Haven't found any useful graphs, so I made one to better understand old vs new. Hope it helps.

Thanks Brian, that's very helpful!! It's great to see it layed out like that. I'm sure lots will find it very valuable.

.....I like it 🙂 although will seem a bit weird to say I'm having a hypo at 15 🙂

Very easy to follow, now when I have my review this afternoon, I will take it along to impress DSN. Don't know if hospital has converted to new numbers yet though!

It's only HbA1c value that's changing, not your standard BG test in mmol.😉

*Edit - Beat me to it Helen 🙂

My graph is based on points plotted from online calculator (maybe pm me if you still want it.) Regarding formula for your own endeavor - I did find very useful link with all sorts of good stuff on A1c and IFCC standardization......including formulas.

That means my HbA1c has dropped below 10% at last :D it was 83.9 when done at my GPs a month ago. If people think that's high, I did manage to get to 16.1% a few years back. I'm better controlled now, but still not as good as I could be.

Lovely! - I'll check out the link later. I copied your points and made my own from your data, spurred me on to do it so thanks!
