I've continued with my healthy eating although I do feel very guilty that I just ate a bowl of spagetti bolognaise - made with pork mince and drum wheat spaghetti. Husband used a jar of dolmio sauce.....🙄 didn't want to upset him because he does all the cooking and didn't want to upset him by turning my nose up at my dinner.
However, I know that drum wheat spaghetti is a low GI source and the porridge I had this morning (with raspberries) is also a low GI source so I'm now looking at buying a couple of low GI books - can you make recommendations please.
I have ordered the Anthony Worrell-Thompson, weight loss diabetic cook-book but want to mix and match.
