Suggestions for a good BG diary?

Sorry, plain old Excel on my USB stick does it for me.

Hi,

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good, small, hard-wearing BG diary?

Cheers!

Most meter companies offer free BG diaries. If you are registered with your meter company have a look on their site or give them a ring. You should also be able to get free software and cables, depending on the meter. I've always used the BG diaries from Accu Chek 🙂 What meter do you have?

I also use a spreadsheet, but I actually print it out on to A4 with one page covering a whole 7 days and being able to write all my DAFNE stuff down........

I still use this even though I use a meter which has my ratios etc programmed in so it can tell me how much insulin to take.........

Hello,

I recreated the DAFNE diary in Excel, complete with graphs for each week.

Can post a link to it if anyone wants to try it.

Also, http://www.dafneonline.co.uk have an online diary you can fill in on their website, or from your iPhone (and pretty soon from your Android phone too)

I wouldn't mind the link to yours. I think I tried to get the DAFNE one before but you had to register and it got complicated...!

Have put the file on megaupload.

Click the link below:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=L67PNAX5

Wait for the timer to count down from 45 seconds to 0, and then click the 'Regular Download' button that appears.

When using the spreadsheet you will need to enable macros in Excel. To do this:

1. Click Tools -> Macro -> Security
2. Change the setting to Medium
3. Now when you open the spreadsheet it will ask if you want to enable or disable macro's. For my spreadsheet you should click enable.

Thanks,

NiVZ

Thanks!
Away for a while now so no time to try, but will get in touch when I do - appreciate your help
