Well I've proved it again, BG of 7.1 fasting, lunch time pre meal 7.1, after lunch drove to Stirling (35 miles), did some shopping, had a Kit-kat (4 fingers) just in case and drove 35 miles home - pre supper 4.8. Can I ask my GP for a prescription for petrol? No amount of running up and down stairs or changing beds has that big an effect.

When I was learning to drive I would be worn out after every lesson - think I was so tense! I'm sure that's not the case with you Vic, but clearly it's an activity that does wonders for you levels! 🙂 Don't know about petrol on prescription, but I'm still hoping jelly babies will be on the BNF list one day! 🙂
