Warning low cloud of garlic over Norwich

Just to warn you am cooking my pasta sauce today if you could see my kitchen. 12 cloves of garlic,half tube garlic paste,tube tomato paste, 5 boxs passetta, 6 tins toms, cherry toms , herbs, mushrooms, onions. YUM YUM Its now simmering away in slow cooker . Spaghetti boll anyone?

There's been a similar cloud over Inverness. My neighbour was in doing some cooking for me and we made your basic Bolognese then split it and turned half into chilli by adding kidney beans and chopped chilies. It was only a two alarm chilli though, so no half-life to worry about. My five alarm has a half life of about 60 years and Snechie would have been glowing in thew dark. When we'd done that (I stirred the pots), she made up a big batch of Chicken Jal Frezi (how do you spell that?) and Lamb Koftas. My freezer is full up now and all I have to do is pull something out and zap it, even I can do that one handed.
