Welcome to the site. I guess you also have problems with mobility, stability, hands etc? I hope that you will get appropriate advice regarding exercise etc. Just ask.

Hi gordon, I was diagnosed this week too with type 2, its really hard to get your head round isn't it? im just on diet at the moment doing my best to stay off tablets!
