i have one cartridge that i just finished and it has a bubble in it (AKA small ball) - thats the one i hit on the table and the bubble broke up. My new cartridge doesn't have a bubble in it. or a ball. or anything. YOU LOSE, I WIN. So there.

You're seeing things mike - my novorapid has neither bubbles, nor balls! Are you sure you got yours from a reputable supplier?
