Why on earth am I watching Raymond Blanc on TV? He's just made a cake wityh a maceron base, a thick layer (2 inches) of chocolate cream, covered in more macerons and it looks divine......
 
There are so many 'cheffy' programmes on telly these days and most of what they cook, especially with all the cram, butter, sugar etc. that they use, would not fit well in a healthy diet! Stop torturing yourself and read a book about turnips instead! 🙂
