can anyone recommend a good foot cream please? i've used the last bit of my bodyshop body butter which i used on my feet but now would like to buy a good cream recommended for diabetics - thanks

CCS footcare cream is a good one Carina i bought mine from boots for about ?4

You can put hand cream on your feet. Most foot cream is basically just moisturizer. The only reason it is 'foot' cream is because it usually has a specific chemical or something in it that helps the feet more than it does the hands.

I use the Australian Heel Balm on my feet, and the matching Hand Balm on my hands - does a fab job of keeping the skin soft, and also stops cracks, dry skin etc too. I think that anything with urea (yes, artificial wee! 😱) as an ingredient will do the job though.

This is what mt DSN said to use. I'm just about to try Flexitol.

I was given E45 cream on prescription. I would guess you can just buy it over the counter. I was told though just to put in on the soles of the feet not the the tops.
