it looks like rice krispy squares send my BG soaring - was up to 9.3 an hour after one - despite having had a good workout before!

even maltesers didn't do that!!

I used to use those as part of a hypo treatment 😱

If it's the ones covered in sticky gooey sweet stuff ?

We use them as hypo treatments - they work brilliantly!
Ross can eat two of them and have a bottle of lucozade and maybe come up to around 6.

Once his pancreas stops acting up I'm sure they'll be too much.

Anyone interested co op are selling rice krisy squares three for a ?1.00 to do with red nose day.
 
I always find they spike me more than the carb count would suggest, but I do love them though. I remember when i was younger I used to have them for breakfast, as I foudn ti really difficult to eat in the mornings and it was something I could tolerate
