At risk of diabetes
I was tested last November and my result was 47........6.4% Since then apart from when I had a virus in April and had two weeks off I have walked every day since then. I had another test the other day and my reading was 42......6.0%. I haven't changed my diet very much but am eating an apple every day and have started buying proper orange juice again. I am 70 years old and my weight is 71 - 72 kgs. I wonder if my reading will go down again............

Given you age you should be happy where it is, sounds like you have cracked your diet, well done.
