Before Tea/Evening Meal

Bit of a low one tonight.. oops 3.9
 
A 6.4 for me pre-dinner this fine sunny evening.
 
6.0 for me.

My diabetes does not behave well in this heat... fortunately by the time I have my annual review we will be deep in Winter, so any increase in my Hba1c will be due entirely to my eating the wrong stuff.

Now thoughts of supper, steamed veg with a soya concoction I think. Wishing everyone a pleasant evening

And it's a 5.3 for me on this warm but very grey day.... Bike ride after dinner me thinks...
 
5.2 for me.

As an aside, I only test my blood sugar once a week at exactly 18.30. So just before tea time. My first test, back in early May, was 8.2 and just a week after my HbA1c result of 101. Since then, my weekly test results have been steadily coming down with 5.2 being the lowest I've ever measured it as. Hopefully, this may indicate that my overall blood sugar is coming down (or at least not going up). Hopefully progress?
 
And it was a 5.2 for me earlier this fine evening...🙂🙂
 
5.9 this evening, this morning met up with a friend & had a great catch up on several things, out working early this morning & late this afternoon
currently got one eye/ear on Glastonbury whilst planning next week / month (work stuff)

Very hard day, carpets fitted in both bedrooms, then furniture all in, thank goodness my lad came down to help.
Can’t be bothered making tea, getting a Chinese
