Welcome @Petermarkr 🙂 Are you on any other medication for your diabetes, eg Metformin? That can sometimes cause a deficiency of Vitamin B12. If you have Crohn’s Disease, then maybe that’s involved too, eg perhaps you’re not absorbing things as well as you could be?

It would be worth speaking to your GP to see if you can have some basic blood tests to rule out things like anaemia, vitamin deficiencies (B vitamins and Vitamin D too) and some basic checks.

Cannot tolerate metfomin but I am on vit b12 one a day apart from that Imraldi injection weekly and 750 mg of Colesvelam twice a day for my chrons dessise as well as ozempic injection one a week.as well as inhalers for copd foster 100/6 micrograms dose twice a day and salamol 100 micrograms inhaler 2 puffs as required

It sounds like you have a number of health conditions that you’re juggling @Petermarkr so a trip to the GP would definitely be wise. If nothing else, you’ll get reassurance that things are ok. As you have COPD, getting that checked would be wise too.

Wishing you good health - and less tiredness.

Hello @Petermarkr and welcome to the forum. It's never easy to cope with diabetes and several other health issues. Trying to balance the benefits of different medications can be challenging.
As you also have COPD do you use a pulse oximeter to check the oxygen levels in your blood. Low levels can make you feel tired and lack energy.
Definitely worth speaking to your doctor as various things could be responsible.
Take care.

Sorry to hear how fatigued you have been feeling recently @Petermarkr :(

How are your glucose levels? High BGs can also make you feel crushingly tired.

Never easy juggling multiple conditions, and by the sounds of things, you may have several things contributing to your tiredness :(

Hi I have been getting according to my blood glucose monitoring 11.4 is high and it records it as a hypo for some unknown reason
