Mounjaro Monday - week 6

Hi,

It’s been a much better week, symptoms wise. No nausea and the appetite suppression wasn’t to the point that I couldn’t eat. I still get tired and quite cold the day after - but nothing I can’t handle.

Another 2.2lbs off - which I am super pleased with. Now 40.2lbs down! Gym is going well - definitely starting to feel stronger. Dyed my hair and gave myself a pedicure. Starting to feel like I’m coming back to life, if that makes sense? All good.

All in all, a positive week.

SW: 23st 2lbs (18/11/24)
CW: 20st 3.8lbs (24/02/25)
Weight loss since starting Mounjaro on 13/01/2024: 1st 2.2lbs.

And loving that you feel like you are “coming back to life” even more :star:<3:party:

Following your thread with interest as I'm going to speak to my GP about Mounjaro tomorrow. I don't expect to get it on prescription as my diabetes is now controlled but I'm happy to pay for it, if it will help to control my ever increasing weight.
