So after having a "breakdown" in late November about my physical health I kicked my arse I to gear and changed my lifestyle for the better....now compliant with my meds and having regular breaks at work, investing in a libre I can honestly say I am proud of my progress....ok it's not perfect and I have a long way to go but my last hba1c was 77....on course for a massive drop to around 53....I can do this and I am !
