have discovered the boots online shopping sale lots of beauty stuff 1/2 price including Clinque sets at £50 off so have treated self to some goodies also put Soap and Glory in basket but that was sold out only time i buy soap/glory is in sales and then i stockpile it so only have enough to last me a couple of months lol 🙄 Am also treating self to new clothes in a smaller size due to weight lose so guess whos a happy bunny

Wifey is currently looking at air fryers. Other family members have been getting them and then raving about how useful they are. I don't think that they are included in the post Xmas reductions though. I'll be popping out to the supermarket for a few essentials on the 27th so I'll probably look out for gift packs of male grooming products that comprise of things that I will use anyway.

they are great friends who have got one rave about them
 
I didn't go shopping on the 27th in the end. Wifey has shares in racehorses and two of her nags were running at Wetherby just 57 miles away. So instead we had a nice day at the races, had a few little bets, and finished about £13 ahead. Idaho Valley came second and lost us money. Grand Albert won and made us a tidy profit. Liz will get a little share of the prize money.

The weather alternated between foggy and sunny. The horse sharing syndicate is called Owners Group and members wear scarfs, hats and badges so that they can make contact with one another. As there were two OG horses running there were quite a few in attendance so that Grand Albert recieved a massive round of applause when he arrived in the winner's enclosure. I was pretty amazed by the way that he posed for photographs as if he really understood what a camera was.
 
my Clinique plus other goodies came im well impressed so much that i have now ordered another Clinique box set will now have enough to last the year. I mean at half price (still expensive) you have to stock up while you can afford it. Thats my excuse anyway and Im sticking to it

I put something in my online basket yesterday, on sale at just under £20, intending to buy it today as I was receiving a gift card. Today the price is back up nearer £50! So it’s left in my online basket waiting to see if the price changes again!

It was with Amazon so I didn’t notice any wording about when it was valid till. I’ll buy the rest of the items in the basket with the voucher and leave that one a bit as wasn’t urgent more a something I’d had my eye on for a bit.

@gail2 - if you like Clinique go to their own website and sign up for their newsletter. I've been getting daily offers, with up to 30% off and lots of free gifts with them. I buy all my make up from them and have more unused make up bags full of free miniatures than I can shake a stick at.

Going into town today, I shall see what's being reduced in Superdrug and Boots. Last year they had this toilet bag with lots of full size Champney's stuff for £10. I bought two for friends and one for myself.

We took my brother in law to the motorbike gear shop near Boston on Saturday as they had a sale on. He bought a new helmet and hubby bought a few maintenance bits and bobs. I bought some new bike jeans and boots for when the good weather returns. My existing jeans are a bit loose but very warm with thermal leggings underneath. They have gone home today so doing a small amount of laundry and chilling by the fire.

whoops someone put some Clinique in basket and somehow someone who shall remain nameless completed the order now i wonder who that could be 😱 Mind you i got 25% off
