Sure I can try and do that. Please forgive me in advance if I lapse back into American lingo.
If we don't initially realise you are posting from the US some numbers can seem confusing e.g. in the U K FIBRE has already been deducted from the carb value though it is also shown separately, we cotton on when we see the way FIBER is spelt.
 
I think we have possibly a couple of companies in the UK making and selling similar products at similarly expensive prices. SRSLY Low Carb and Carbzone.
Personally, I don't need bread in my life sufficiently to warrant that sort of expenditure and I have found ways to work around it.

Occasionally we confuse ourselves. For example, if you're going to the movies you're going to a theater, but if you're seeing a play, you're going to the theatre.

Nobody here says it that way, but if you were in the US and suggested going to the cinema, everyone would know what you're talking about and likely find the expression charming. Americans like British accents and expressions. My Wife is British South African and gets mistaken for British or even Aussie all the time.
