Put this on here instead of the Tech page as I always look here before that page! Anyone else having an issue with Dexcom website, and/ or deliveries? Had no end of hassle with the website last night, was unable to log in at all. Eventually changed password but then half my details were not in my account. Seems ok now, but others on SM have said they cannot get into their accounts at all. Also saying that deliveries are late or not arriving at all.
 
Checked on delivery 2 weeks ago site was working fine, if issue is urgent ring Dexcom @Chelseagirl rather than wait on site issues to resolve.

All sorted now but I was more annoyed for people who are not particularly computer savvy, because I believe that the uk site and the .com site has been amalgamated and that dexcom should have sent generic email out to say that the site was being updated and would be unavailable while they did so.
 
I would ring or email them. I did get a reply to my email I sent regarding this but it was very vague and no explanation for some people’s problems.

It was fine two or three days ago, but now doesn’t recognise me. I think I’ll email them like you suggest.

If enough people are contacting them they may well recognise there has been a problem
 
If I could find an actual email address rather than a form with no space to write anything 🙄
 
I have had to change password on a number of APPs and Websites over the last 2 - 3 months. Its almost as though they are all looking to improve security by enforcing new improved password protocols.
 
It won’t even let me reset the password @martindt1606 I’ll update when I hear back from them. It must be a tech issue, I’d think.
