The 150gm pack of Wasabi i had were yummy As i could not read the label as it was to small a print can i assume that the carbs/cals dont count?
PS i am giving you the 25th of December off so dont visit me please

Yes I have given the diabetic fairy Christmas and Boxing Day off. A little treat would be nice although I won't go too mad.

There are, traditionally, two completely carb-free days every year. These are and always have been, Xmas Day and your own birthday. If you were actually born on 25th December then you may have any other day of your own choice so maybe like the King/Queen have an extra 'official birthday' - he/she Troops the Colour on his/hers but you simply don't have to!
