Welcome to the forum, you have a good opportunity to nip it in the bud.

Hi @Showup and welcome!

There's a lot of information here on the forum regarding food, exercise and general lifestyle changes that you might choose to make, in order to reduce your numbers. You might also find our Learning Zone useful to get some easily manageable information. A good place to start is to look at what you eat day to day, how much you move and see where you can improve. Is there anything specific you're looking to change?
