Just to apologise for being absent from the forum for some time. I've been on our annual trip to France and I didn't think I could offer support on low carb while stuffing croissants and baguettes down me 😳 So I took a raincheck but am now back and on the wagon 😎 Hope everyone is well...it will take me some time to catch up with all the posts I've missed!

Welcome back @Vonny

Hope you had a lovely time!

Welcome back. Not all diabetics low carb, many enjoy croissants and baguettes, so don’t feel unwelcome whilst eating croissants
