Omnipod 5 and Dexcom G7

Anyone heard any whispers as to when these two will integrate in the UK?
 
Do you specifically want the G7?
I was just reading the "Update" magazine from Diabetes UK (it's the one for HCP but I managed to get a subscription many years ago) and noticed an OmniPod 5 advert on the back page. It provided this link https://www.omnipod.com/en-gb which describes the HCL with Dexcom G6.
 
Yeah we’ve had a G7 since they first came out, pleased with its performance and she’s used to the application. Seems a step backwards to go to that lumpy massive G6. They’ve spoken of G7 integration since the turn of the year but still nothing and no real word as to why. Very odd.

@Tom1972, try asking them direct. I've asked tech questions nearly 12 months ago and found them helpful.

I'd mention this is on behalf of your daughter and her age (I've forgotten, sorry) hence the smaller G7 is important in relation to the much more clunky G6. Good luck.

Thanks Roland I’ve just contacted them and await their response. Annoyingly (and completely coincidentally) I’m currently working on a building site two minutes from that address! Might tap them up for some freebie’s :rofl:

Hi Tom
Did you get any response from them at all?
I'm using omnipod 5 with Libre 2+ but really want my carers to be able to follow my readings

Hello, yeah I heard back from them but it was the same corporate line that basically read as, ain’t got a clue, which was double handy. Still no further along. Search it out pretty much everyday but still no answers. Hope you have more luck! Let me know if you do.
