hi everyone, I was recently diagnosed with type 2 .. wake up call or what .... so since that day I have gone processed food cold turkey , cutting out all sugars and complex carbs , it been quite a journey over these last 34 days but I feel better having cut all all the junk

Welcome, I hope you will find it useful to hear about other's experiences about how they manage the condition.
Hopefully your action will lead to reduced HbA1C at your next test which you ought to be offered in 3 months from the last one.
Just a word of caution in cutting your carb intake quickly as that can give some people issues with their eyes and nerves as blood glucose drops so a bit more slowly can be kinder on your body as it adjusts.
