Pairing Libre 2 plus with Omnipod 5

Hi I've been using Libre 2 and Omnipod 5 for a while but trying to swap to Libre 2 plus in order to take advantage of HCL.

The PDM wont allow pairing to the 2 Plus with an active pod, so disable pod, set up Libre 2 plus, BG readings appear on my omnipod PDM all good. Then PDM refuses to pair with a new pod.

I've wasted a few pods trying now. Any ideas?
 
I've worked it out, an old batch of pods which weren't compatible. New box opened, all set up initial impressions are very good. I can't work out how to set up low BG alarms, perhaps not possible which seems a daft omission.

It is possible but I am not sure how.
Can you ask your team or insulet directly?
I thought we should get training for usage.
