Hello everyone,
Thank you for accepting me into your forum. I am happy to be able to read some of your advice here, e.g. that cooking and refrigerating potatoes, rice, and pasta can be better for me than freshly cooked. Glad to be here 🙂.
All the best
Jana

You may find some of the recipes and meal plans in this link helpful assuming you can get the ingredients where you are. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com/
I'm sure you could give us some of your recipes with foods that you have.

Hi @JanaS and welcome to the forum!
Do have a look around as there's loads of gathered knowledge and experience from our Users here and please share, if you're comfortable, things that have worked for you. I'm always eager to see new recipes, especially from different countries and cuisines!
