hi all. still fairly new to this, but have been doing some self finger prick tests after eating certain foods (2 hours after) am i right to understand that if levels have not risen by more than 2 -3 then that food is ok

That is a good guidance and in addition once you see lower levels your aim is no more than 8-8.5mmol/l 2 hours post meal and 4-7 pre meal.
