Relationship to Diabetes
At risk of diabetes
First diagnosed with Type2 Diabetes in 2011, fortunately diet controlled Have now managed to get down to an HbA1c of 45, and been like that for the last 2 years, so now designated as at risk.

Welcome to the forum
Whatever you have been doing has obviously worked even though it may have seemed like a long journey but by keeping on with what you have been doing will hopefully keep you there.
However if you want new ideas than have a look at this link which I found successful, 50mmol/mol down to 42 in 3 months and below 40 nearly 3 years on despite hiccups on the exercise front. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com/
