Many congratulations on an excellent result! Well done!

Hi Beancounter - well done.
Can I ask how you got there please?
Thanks
Andy
Big reduction in carbs, I try to keep around 80g.per day. Lost a stone through that, although I wasn't overweight
But a lot of it I think is being aware of diet and exercise
No magic formula, I am afraid
This forum has helped me a lot

Education seems to be the key. I have a lot of reading to do 🙂 Well done again

That's a really good drop - well done. Whatever you're doing keep it up and hopefully you'll see a further drop at your next HbA1c.

Congratulations @Beancounter298

Well done on your HbA1c reduction - great to see all your hard work paying off 🙂
