yes ive looked not many carbs in red wine. Thats good.
i very rarely drink so one glass I am happy two my hubby would say I'm anybodies
However,
new low carb will it affect me different and is ot worth it ?
Im in tonight might try but will it affect BS a lit and will it spoil the good ive done ?
Whats your experience .

Small glass 125ml red wine = 0 carbs, large glass 250ml 1g carb. Enjoy, no reason it will spoil anything you have done.

on my app Malbec which i have is 2g per 100 so your onr is better. As ill have no more thsn 200 ml thats only 4 so carbs shpild bf ojsy.

My info was from Carbs and Cals but I can imagine different wines will vary depending on how dry or sweet they are.
The difference between a sweet white wine and a dry one for the same volume is about 6g carbs. White wine evil stuff, give me a red any day, Shiraz my preference.
