How many of us went to street parties this weekend and did not worry about blood sugars? Hope you all enjoyed the long weekend.

A few people I know held off until Sunday when the weather was better.
 
Though didn’t know it at the time with the early symptoms. Thought I could be covid. I “Rip Van Winkled” through it all, then woke with what I thought was extreme “Diabetes related” limb complications. Frighteningly similar at first glance.
Rang 111 got referred to A&E. surprisingly seen by a virologist? And diagnosed with foot & mouth.
What a relief.
