What a difference one year and losing 25kg make: This time last year, my hba1c was over 135mmol/mol, and at one point my BP was 151/101

You know, as I recently pointed out in another thread, I have always had a very high metabolism. So, even 15 years ago, If someone had said: "You need to lose 25kg", i would have thought they were insane!
