This is a Canada based organisation. Amity if you have a UK equivalent that would be helpful, but in terms of people needing to adjust insulin, the community should speak to their healthcare team for more information.

If it's no good then please delete the thread. Thanks! I thought the presentation was similar to DAFNE, which unfortunately I don't have an online equivalent.

Nothing wrong with people speaking with their health care team, but adjusting your own insulin doses is essential for good self management and is the basis of the DAFNE course.

A popular DAFNE-esque online course for folks in the UK is BERTIE from the diabetes centre in Bournemouth.

It's free, and covers much of the same ground as DAFNE I think. There's a link in the 'useful links for newbies' thread 🙂
