Hi there im new ro this group and need some advice as im hoing out of my head im a type 2 dibeatic and i have gal stone i was meant to have my gallbladder removed but it can't happen bow because my hbc1 level are 84 and I can't seem to get it down I have been on insulin since I fell pregnant with my little boy back in 2019

Iam just trying to lower it enough to have it removed as it cause me a lot of pain and discomfort so i was just wondering if anyone can help me wht can I eat because the only way I can see to do it is to starve myself but other half doesn't like that idea

Which insulin(s) are you using? And have you been given advice about how to balance your total carbohydrate intake with your insulin doses?

Sometimes this can involve having a fixed ‘allowance’ for total carb content of different meals. Other times it’s a question of adjusting your meal dose each time you eat (if you take a separate mealtime insulin).

Hope you can get things a bit more settled so that your surgery can go ahead and you feel much better.

Hi im on nova rapid and humiln I and surkko no inhavent been told about balancing my carbohydrates I hoping to see tge nurse on the 26th of this month and then gonand see a diet person
