Hello newbie here.Hi just been switched from sukkatro 500 to metformin 500 now symptoms of insomnia has started.whats best treatment??or advice

Welcome to the forum
Is there any reason why you have switched if the sukkatro suited you as they are supposed to be kinder on the stomach than standard metformin.
I don't recall anybody mentioning insomnia in particular with metformin although Mr Google does have some references to it affecting sleep.
When are you taking it ?
It could be the worry that the change may potentially cause you a issue which is on your mind.
You could try some relaxation techniques, I believe a app called Headspace is quite good
