Still need to get it lower, is visceral fat related to fatty liver and if so if I had another scan would it look less fatty I wonder 🙂

3 pounds more and I have lost 4 stone, just realised 🙂

Today I fitted my size 12 dress that I had as a target, maybe need a size 10 for when I lose another 2 stone, Still have some fat on me, and higher BMI (still overweight range at only 5ft 4). I have been 7 stone 10 but that was when I was 17 so maybe 8.7 is a better target as I am now 57
