Hello,
I have just been prescribed Rybelsus (semaglutide) 3mg (to start off with) has anyone else suffered with headaches as a side effect?

You should have been given a blood glucose monitor so you can check your blood glucose level especially if you feel unwell.

It encourages the pancreas to produce more insulin. Headaches aren’t listed as a side effect, but this medication might cause hypoglycaemia and I believe that can cause headaches.

Have you checked your blood sugar levels?
