That may be part of the problem, I never took my blood beforeBread is full of carbohydrates, which get turned into glucose in the blood stream. What were you before you ate the bread?

Not all Co-ops sell!Have you tried Livlife seriously seeded sliced bread? its only 3.4g per slice. I stock up at Waitrose and freeze it, Coop also sell it.
