Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well?

Quick question, what is everyone's go-to healthy snack? I would love some ideas 🙂

I cut carrots and peppers in to batons and store them in an airtight container in the 'fridge. I also keep hummus in to dip the veg in . Also a hard boiled egg ( again can keep some ready in the 'fridge). Home made popcorn that I flavour with paprika/ cinnamon or whatever I fancy but not sugar. I keep alpro soya no sugar yoghurt in too which i like sprinkled with cinnamon.

A carrot.
A ryvita.
A few almonds.

Bought some brilliant figs in the hills on the w/end, so that was snack food while they lasted.

a small piece of cheese, or a pickled egg if I’m at home
some nuts & seeds if I’m at work

I like snacks and usually have fruit, flapjacks, cereal bars, or oatcakes and peanut butter. Occasionally I’ll have something larger like a scone, croissant or similar.

No snacks for me - I eat twice a day, morning and evening, and that is it.
I do have the misfortune of needing very little food and no one believing that I eat so little - always been the same.

Another non snacker here.
