I found these in M and Scrackers1.jpg and they're only 3g of carbs per 100g, which I worked out to be 0.195g of carbs per cracker, and 36.5 calories per cracker. They're about 5cm/2 inches diameter, so not very big. They don't have a strong flavour, would need a nice bit of Stilton or cream cheese on.
Ingredients: sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds, psyllium husk powder, E392, fruit extracts.

Don't suppose you can share your recipe @Sally W please, as I'd like to have a go at making them myself?
The M and S ones are fine, but lacked structural integrity! I had to use the Boursin cheese to hold the cracker bits together. Tasted ok, but fragile.

A bit like Ryvita Thins which are usually in kit form when you get them home.

part snack, part jigsaw!
I'll have a go at making my own, googled and found a recipe and, surprisingly, I have all the ingredients.

Looks like a Caldesi recipe... should be good, their stuff usually is.

So sorry I looked for my recipe & couldn’t find it. I seem to remember it was half linseeds soaked in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, half mixed seeds: pumpkin & sunflower which are baked for a few minutes cooled. Then mix together and spread thin. They are very breakable so you need to be careful & accept they will be shards rather than square crackers. There are several online if you search but I will say if you find one adding I’m that soy sauce does give them a lovely flavour.

It might be worth adding a little Xanthan gum to the mixture to possibly improve the structure.

Correcting my error ….. Xanthum gum not Xanthan.
Sorry to be pedantic but I was correct the first time …… Xanthan gum, it is. :~}

I like the look of these as a good carrier for Stilton, peanut butter, …
