In LIDL, I bought the fresh large uncut "Low GI Multiseed" loaf (from the fresh bakery section) plus their factory made "Wholemeal Seeded" sliced and bagged Rowan hill loaf. The Rowan hill gives Carb and Sugar infos on bag but nothing advises about the fresh bakery loaf. Anyone got any Carb/Sugar infos for those?
Thanks
