Hello all,
I was diagnosed with Type 2 in 2012, but I have only recently joined this forum and finding it very informative and useful.
Wondered if I can ask a question about diabetic retinal screening results.
In Dec 2020, my test result said I had mild diabetic changes to my eyes
In March 2022, the result said I had no diabetic changes to my eyes.
I am pleased about my latest result, but I used to think that any changes to the retina caused by diabetes is irreversible. So does it mean the problem has corrected itself? I did ask my GP but she didnt shed any light on the difference seen in results.
