Hey guys , I have a problem for the first time last night I totally got distracted and forgot to take my tablet , I was focused on everything else but taking it and I do have an alarm that goes off I swear it wasn’t intentional at all , can I take it this morning ? Or do I wait until tonight to retake it again ???? I know it’s no excuse and silly me should of known to take it but silly me had to make all sorts of phone calls and everything to the point I forgot to take it :( .

I’d just take it at the normal time. If it’s metformin it will make no difference whatsoever that you forgot one tablet, it builds up over weeks.
