You have a horizontal arrow right at the end of your reading which means it's stable there/changing slowly, if you go into the 3 dots on your app, then click on help, then glucose readings it explains what the arrows are in there xx

They are changing slowly so yes, as I said have a look in the app and it explains what the arrows mean, think it's also available on Freestyle's website xx
 
It's on page 28 of the manual, for what it's worth.
True but seen as the thread only refers to the app and sensors I assumed the OP didn't have a reader therefore didn't have the relative manual xx
