I have a question about my breakfast/BG this morning.
I had 150g full fat Greek yoghurt (4.5g carbs) and 50g of blueberries for breakfast. My BG peaked and took over 3 hours to come back down. I am new to eating low carb. I have eaten this before but only later in the day and it doesn't usually affect my BG. I'm not bothered about my BG going up but I believe it should have come back down within 2 hours if tolerated? Is this right?
I had my Metformin 1g slow release as usual and 3mg Liraglutide injection too.
I'm wondering if my body is just odd
