Hi,
I created a WhatsApp journal for myself. I wasn't aware how much stuff I had in there. I deleted 99% of it. I just see it as things thoughts from the past. Letting go.. I discovered I am not one of those people who like to read back on things I went through awhile ago. I see it as regurgitating stuff that I let go of.
Just me. Onwards and Upwards
 
Letting some of that stuff go have be very cathartic 🙂
 
Yes, it is. I do recognise that some folks like to do blogs. However, that could be a different settings. I understand it's trickier to do that. Also, it may be related to other things.

I think they are very good too. If the theme wasnt on a&d, I could do that.
