Pub lunch

Found a pub where everything doesn't come with chips or potatoes.
I had Handmade Game faggots , swede and carrot mash and curly kale. Very nice it was too. I did have to guesstimate the carbs, will see how well I did later.

It is Jenny about 30 minutes drive into the new forest.

I would probably give that 3 units if it was me. There will be some carbs in the faggots of course and some in the carrot and swede mash and I might need another unit later for the protein.
I would certainly be very happy with somewhere that served a meal like that though.
