Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Back to porridge . I am one of those type 2s that can handle a small amount of porridge daily. Usually my testing shows 5.5-6.5; which is fine. I tried different porridge today that contains blueberries, cranberries and guava. I was a litle concerned and so I tested The result was 4.9. All I can say is Diabetes is fickle

Hard to weigh up sometimes, at least you can enjoy healthy bowl of porridge without worry.
