Hi, there will many more knowledgable folk than I on here but my diet mainly consists of :
Nuts, berries, protein bars and shakes (watch the sugar in those ), eggs meats. Cheeses , peanut butter , salad, vegetables, coleslaw, very small portions of potatoes, dark chocolate, plain Greek yogurt, salmon, tuna, mayonnaise and wine 🙂
I have to massively avoid :
Pasta, pizza, chips, biscuits, cakes, chocolate, bread and crisps.
Hope this helps a little. Remember what spikes one will no spike another so testing a lot after each food type and keeping a note really helps. I also have a soup maker and an omelette maker these help me a lot. Good luck. Soon it will be second nature xx
