Yesterday my bgl was over 10mmol three times - waking, lunchtime and teatime - so I had to do 3 corrections

Today my bgl has been over 10mmol twice - breakfast time and lunchtime - so 2 corrections today

I know corrections can't be less than 4 hours apart but how many corrections can you do in one day?

As many as is needed xx

Though if you're doing many, it may be that something else is a bit wrong. But it may just be one of those things: some days we can be a bit higher than other days for no obvious reason.
True but that wasn't the question and as Gill made a change today it isn't a great idea to be trying to change anything else at the moment

I am however wondering if Gill's insulin may have become compromised if the corrections and increased ratio isn't bringing the levels down

So looking at that it doesn't look as if it's been in use too long? It was just a thought that if it had been in use for a while then maybe the heat had compromised it xx

Thanks for helping and thinking about things @Kaylz - two or more heads are better than one with diabetes xx
