I love this so please don't shout at me for having this with my my tea which is scampi again something I love and peas - it's what I enjoy and have done for years - so my question - I've not had it since I started using Nutracheck so when I add my own weight in should I weigh it before or after adding the milk and butter?

Before.

If you look at the ingredients, it already contains butter and milk, so you may not want to add anymore.
If you do add extra butter( after weighing potato) that will be no extra carbs at all. Milk would add a little, so probably measure in tablespoons?

Thank you.
It is actually a lot better with a bit of extra milk and butter and thanks for the reminder about the carbs in the milk.

I wouldn’t add any as it already contains milk and butter. If you do add more butter I’d just make it a small amount then it won’t add to the weight, and make it up then weigh yours on your plate. If you’re adding a lot of butter though then I’d add it after weighing your portion.

Thanks @Lucyr and I'll have to weigh my portion before adding milk and butter because it's that that makes it delicious for me 🙂
